This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all payments made on https://samstoftech.ng and through Samstof Technologies Global Resources Ltd. By making a payment, you agree to the terms outlined below. Check Our Returns & Exchange Policy
1. Online Payments
Samstof accepts online payments for products and services via approved payment gateways. All payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers.
2. Service-Based Payments (Repairs & Digital Services)
a. Repairs & Technical Services
- Diagnostic or inspection fees are non-refundable once service has commenced
- Payments for completed repairs are non-refundable
- If Samstof is unable to repair a device after diagnosis, a partial refund may be issued, excluding diagnostic fees
b. Digital Marketing & IT Services
- Payments for SEO, advertising, website services, and digital marketing are non-refundable once work has started
- Results are not guaranteed due to factors beyond Samstof’s control (platform policies, competition, algorithms)
3. Product Sales (Devices & Accessories)
- Refunds are available only for defective products reported within 24–48 hours of purchase
- Products must be returned in their original condition with receipts
- Used, damaged, or tampered products are not eligible for a refund
Exchanges may be offered at Samstof’s discretion where applicable.
4. Cancellations
Service cancellations must be requested before work begins
Once service delivery has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund
Appointment-based services may be rescheduled subject to availability
5. Payment Errors & Chargebacks
If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact Samstof immediately. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in service suspension.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
7. Policy Updates
Samstof reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
