1. Eligible Products
This policy applies only to physical products purchased directly from Samstof, including:
- Laptops
- Mobile phones
- Accessories and gadgets
Services, repairs, diagnostics, software, and digital services are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Purchase Verification (Mandatory)
We do not exchange any items that were not purchased from our company
You can request an exchange only if the item was purchased directly from Samstof Technologies
Proof of purchase (receipt, invoice, or order confirmation) is required
Items purchased from third parties, resellers, or other stores are not eligible for exchange
3. Return / Exchange Window
Requests must be made within 24–48 hours of purchase
Products must be in original condition, unused, and with original packaging
All accessories and manuals must be included
4. Defective or Faulty Products
A return or exchange may be approved if:
- The product is confirmed to be defective at the point of sale
- The issue is reported within the approved return window
- The defect is verified by Samstof technicians
Products damaged by misuse, liquid, power surge, physical impact, or third‑party repairs are not eligible.
5. Exchanges
Approved items may be exchanged for the same product or an item of equal value
If a replacement is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered at Samstof’s discretion
6. Non‑Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or tampered products
- Products sold “as‑is” or on clearance (where disclosed)
- Software, licenses, or digital downloads
7. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method
Processing time is 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
